Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address and authentication metadata, handled by our authentication and database provider, Supabase.

Production data: projects, characters, locations, scenes, continuity settings and the reference images you upload.

Operational data: generation job records, including status, timestamps and the model used.

Reference images, including photographs of faces, are stored in a private bucket. Access is restricted to your own account by database policies, and images are served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs.

Only upload images of people who have agreed to appear in your production. See our Acceptable Use policy.

To provide the service: authenticating you, storing your productions and running the generation jobs you request.

We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by the infrastructure providers we use to run the service (hosting, database and storage). When you run a generation, the prompt and any references required for that render are sent to the AI provider configured for the platform.

Your production data is kept while your account exists. Deleting a project deletes its characters, locations, scenes and jobs. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us and we will action the request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the contact page.
